All products sold by Rivo Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for consumption, injection, ingestion, or administration.

Eligibility
Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research materials.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
